Covid-19 Update & Deliveries

Hi guys,

We wanted to express our heartfelt thanks to the front line workers who are facing this virus head on, from nurses to supermarket workers.

We also wanted to express our gratitude to our customers for bearing with us as we work with the pharmacies to ensure your pens are delivered in a safe & timely manner.

Please accept our sincere apology if you do experience any delay in your pens arriving - we are liaising with the pharmacies daily to ensure your pens arrive as quickly and as safely as possible.

For now, we are unable to use "Drop Off / Collection Points" for your delivery due to Infection Prevention purposes - in normal language, because it reduces the risk of cross-contamination and others touching your package other than the delivery driver.

We still aim for next working day delivery but sometimes this can be delayed by a day or two as the courier companies keep up with higher demand, a reduced workforce and a wider area to deliver to.

We take your safety seriously and we really do value your custom.
